We are not architects, engineers, or contractors, and we do not provide structural, mechanical, electrical, or building code compliance services. Any drawings, layouts, or design suggestions must be reviewed and approved by licensed professionals before construction.

2. No Guarantee of Results

Design outcomes vary based on budget, contractor execution, product availability, site conditions, and client decisions. We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Verifying measurements and site conditions

  • Hiring licensed contractors

  • Obtaining permits and approvals

  • Reviewing all designs before ordering or installation

Hannah Hayes Interiors is not responsible for construction errors, contractor performance, or product installation issues.

4. Payments & Deposits

All services require payment according to the agreement or invoice provided. Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.

Late payments may result in work delays or termination of services.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, concepts, and materials remain the intellectual property of Hannah Hayes Interiors until paid in full. They may not be reused, copied, or shared without written permission.

6. Website Use

You may not:

  • Copy or reuse content from this Website

  • Misuse contact forms

  • Attempt to harm or hack the Website

7. Limitation of Liability

Hannah Hayes Interiors will not be held liable for:

  • Contractor mistakes
